Support standard order processing procedure while working with customized made to order equipment as well as a subset of products. Specialized equipment processing will also involve interaction with drafting, engineering and 3 rd party modifiers
Process change orders by following the change order process and guidelines
Communicate effectively and professionally with internal and external customers
Field incoming calls to deal with mitigation of delays within production, shipping and delivery of products. Also deals with short shipments, damages and product defects
Assure effective and efficient handling of calls and timely processing of orders
Act as the primary customer contact regarding pricing, shipping and negotiation of order scheduling as well as c oordinat ing specialized delivery requirements
Manage the freight claims process
Handle various special projects as assigned
Requirements
High School Diploma or GED
1-2 years of customer service experience
Superior customer service focus
Basic computer knowledge, Outlook, Word, Excel experience
Knowledge of applied HVAC equipment
Experience with any of the following: Oracle, Salesforce, Ops, Vision Explorer, AHU Database, FPA Database, Agile
