Key Qualifications:
Three years Food & Beverage management in luxury world class hotel
Three years technical Food & Beverage experience and/or equivalent combination of education & experience
Previous employee management in Local 6 union environment
Primary quality detailed service ethic.
Strong interpersonal staff and guest relations.
Team minded approach to fellow workers.
Ability to apply commons sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.
Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.

The Baccarat Hotel is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food & Beverage Manager/Sommelier to join our prestigious team.
This position supervises 40+ employees in the Restaurant/Bar and is responsible for the overall direction, coordination and evaluation of these employees within the department.
The Food & Beverage Manager/Sommelier carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
The salary range for this position is $85K - $90K. This position is incentivized through a bonus program tied to budgeted wine sales performance.
