TECHNICAL QUALIFICATION (TQ): Your resume should demonstrate accomplishments that would satisfy the following technical qualification. TQ: Possessing and demonstrating experience in planning, management, and delivery of information technology (IT) services, AI, and data literacy in support of large organizations such as Major Commands, Corps, Joint commands, Service Component Commands, or equivalent. Proven team-builder who can influence and orchestrate actions and resources of enterprise service providers and external support agencies to ensure T2COM units receive adequate IT infrastructure and network support. Knowledge and experience overseeing cyber security of large networks, systems, and programs. Understands and has experience evaluating and mitigating cyber security threats and enforcing cyber security directives. Demonstrates the ability to assess and synthesize enterprise-wide risk posture by analyzing complex technical, operational, and IT factors, and effectively communicates nuanced risk impacts and mitigation strategies to senior leadership in clear, concise, and actionable terms. EXECUTIVE CORE QUALIFICATIONS (ECQs): In addition to the Technical Qualification Requirements listed above, all new entrants into the Senior Executive Service (SES) under a career appointment will be assessed for executive competency against the following five mandatory ECQs. This includes, when necessary, the ability to lead people through change and to hold individuals accountable. ECQ 5: Achieving Results - This core qualification involves the demonstrated ability to achieve both individual and organizational results, and to align results to stated goals from superiors.
