Responsibilities
- Core Responsibilities
- Lead team members by supporting lifting operations of equipment at heights over 250'.
- Oversee lifting operations following skills verification of large components and ability to create, review, correct, and amend lifting plans.
- Conduct safe and efficient repairs to all Wind Turbine electrical systems.
- Perform Lock Out Tag Out (LOTO) of equipment as an Authorized Person.

- Core Experience
- Minimum of 1.5 years of direct product experience on Siemens Gamesa Platforms.
- Direct turbine specific experience is required.
- Ability to read and interpret schematics by various Wind Turbine manufacturers.
- Main Component Exchange (MCE) experience required with additional knowledge in lifting operations.
- SGRE Green Profile preferred.
- Detailed knowledge and skill in generators, converters, controllers, and electrical equipment.
- Ability to recognize potential issues and major faults.
- Physical/Work Environment
- Ability and willingness to climb a wind turbine vertically at least 300 feet.
- Maintain a weight between 120 and 280 pounds, including clothing and boots, for OSHA safety compliance.
- Lift and move equipment as needed (more than 50 pounds).
- Work in an indoor or outdoor environment in adverse weather conditions with blowing pollen, dust, and grasses.
