2+ years of experience working with Financial Advisors, Branch and Home Office support teams as a Client Service Associate
Active Series 7 and/or 66 preferred or (must be obtained within a year of employment)
Preferences:
Financial Planning Background: Familiarity with planning concepts and tools to assist with annual updates, account monitoring, and client reviews.
Experience in Wealth Management or Advisory Support: Ability to manage account paperwork, ACATs, wires, and client onboarding.
CRM and Technology Proficiency: Comfortable maintaining client data, scheduling meetings, and resolving online access issues.
Strong Organizational Skills: Capable of handling multiple responsibilities such as preparing agendas, coordinating client gifts, and managing compliance follow-ups.
Excellent Communication Skills: Professional interaction with clients for reminders, requests, and service needs.
