More about the role Job Summary Designs and maintains a regional stocking and supply strategy by describing objectives, KPIs, rules, processes, stakeholders, and accountability. Ensures alignment with business goals and optimizes inventory management. Key Areas of Responsibility - Leads the regional stocking strategy for MTS/MTO with the Business PMs, Business Operations, and CFH. - Sets up the supply network flow of the CFH based on the stocking policy strategy. - Negotiates supply conditions with all sources to create most cost efficient supply chain. - Defines replenishment master data standards and deploys them to the CFH. - Works closely with the Regional NPI team to determine the optimized stocking strategy for POPI products. - Participates in the Business Planning meeting to provide visibility on the FG MTS/MTO inventory. - Evaluates the financial impact of the stocking strategy for optimum inventory and TPW balance. - Manages the MTS/MTO lead time offer towards countries. - Manages scarcity and inventory allocation based on business priority requirements. - Shares pruning proposals based on SC indicators with business. Critical Experiences - Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field. Masters degree added advantage. - Minimum of 7 years of experience in supply chain management, with a focus on inventory management and strategic planning. - Certification in Supply Chain Management or Logistics, such as APICS CPIM or CSCP, is an advantage Everything we'll do for you You can grow a lasting career here.
