Digital Workplace Primarily related to on-prem server support, routine user/system operations, and hybrid infrastructure: Monitor server environment health using tools like LogicMonitor. Log and triage incidents and service requests. Perform basic troubleshooting of server issues (e.g., CPU usage, Memory usage, Disk space, VM availability, backup status). Handle common service requests (e.g., password resets, access requests). Escalate complex or unresolved issues to Level 2 or Level 3 teams. Support patching for Windows OS and backup (Commvault, Veeam, Avamar) verification tasks under guidance. Follow change management processes for standard changes/emergency changes. Maintain accurate ticket documentation and update knowledge base where needed. Assist with daily reporting and shift handovers. 2. Public Cloud Focused on Azure-specific monitoring, troubleshooting, and governance tasks: Monitor Azure environment health using tools like Azure Monitor. Perform basic troubleshooting of Azure issues (e.g., CPU usage, VM availability, backup status). Handle cloud-specific service requests (e.g., resource tagging). Support patching and backup verification tasks under guidance. Follow change management processes for standard changes/emergency changes. Maintain accurate ticket documentation and update knowledge base where needed. Assist with daily reporting and shift handovers. Your Experience 0-2 years of experience in IT support or infrastructure roles. Basic knowledge of Windows Server, Azure portal, and Active Directory. Familiarity with ITSM tools and ticketing systems. Understanding of patching, backups (Commvault, Veeam, Avamar), and system monitoring. Willingness to learn scripting and automation (PowerShell/Azure CLI). Good communication and customer service skills. Relevant IT certifications (e.g., CompTIA, AZ-900, AZ-104, ITIL Foundation, VMware Certified Technical Associate (VCTA), VMware Certified Professional (VCP), Endpoint Administrator (MD-102), Microsoft 365 Certified Fundamentals (MS-900)) are a plus.
