Student Advisory Activities : - Act as a counselor for students and parents in BINUS @Bandung Campus - Provide counseling service to students and their parents (if necessary) - Overview students' academic grade and their study activities - Monitor students participation in academic achievement improvement program - Monitor and evaluate students in counseling session program - Evaluate, summarize and follow up academic achievement result of students and report it to related Head of Program - Provide academic achievement report to parents (if necessary) - Compose and implement the development program to students with low academic achievement (below standard) - Perform and develop the academic achievement improvement program by providing the student mentoring program services (such as registration process, selection, grouping, monitoring program implementation and evaluate mentoring program) - Socialize Program Development activities to students related with Academic Study Skill, Personal Development Skill and Employability Skill for improve academic achievement and self-development - Prepare and conduct appreciation activities for students involvement in various development program Student Organization - Oversee student organization activities and implementation (e.g., field activities review) - Keep track of Student Activity Transcript (SAT) point progress activities and ensure its final point completion according to valid regulation (120 point SAT) - Provide field activities review report and summary of student organization activities - Ensure there are student representatives from study program in BINUS @Bandung participating in Mawapres or such events held by LLDIKTI - Handle and control budget request from related student organization to conduct various activities (e.g., various facilities expenses, coach fees) - Assist in evaluating the student organization activities - Provide monitoring plan for the student organization activities - Ensure regulation compliance with good organization governance in related student organization activities - Conduct proposal review and final report arrangement for student organization activities Employability Skills & Graduate Attributes - Maintain employability skills & graduate attributes content in various student activity program and alignment between centers - Provide practical advice for others related to programs/activities - Keep track on employability skills & graduate attributes program and maintain integration with all student organization and programs - Combine the employability skills & graduate attributes in student activities programs - Communicate with related area to obtain student activity transcript information related to the employability skills & graduate attributes program Program Development Implementation - Arrange and conduct the development programs for students, especially soft skills development - Socialize personal development programs schedule to student - Receive participant registration for personal development programs - Report the evaluation result of personal development programs to direct supervisor and related units - Distribute effective information to students regarding Development Program events and ensure students participation - Improve personal development programs based on the evaluation result - Arrange and conduct First Year Program (FYP) and Freshmen Leader and Freshmen Partner - Observe and ensure effectiveness of orientation program for freshmen in BINUS @Bandung Campus Management Support Activities : - Perform and complete other tasks as assigned by direct supervisor - Provide periodic report to direct supervisor - Compile, maintain and file all reports, records and other documents required - Suggest improvement process related to activities in related area (especially related to time concern, effort and cost) - Perform activities related to Quality Management System Education Requirement - Minimum Bachelor Degree Work Experience - Minimum 2 years of working experience in similar position If you like wild growth and working with happy, enthusiastic over-achievers, you'll enjoy your career with us!
