Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or related fields;
Solid experience in collections management and credit analysis;
Experience managing large and diversified collection portfolios, covering different customer profiles, regions, and international client operations;
Advanced Excel skills, with a focus on data analysis, controls, and management indicators;
Strong knowledge of SAP integrated financial and accounting modules;
Analytical skills to perform critical evaluations, identify continuous improvement opportunities, and develop action plans;
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and diverse customer profiles, maintaining clear and effective written and verbal communication;
Advanced English and/or Spanish proficiency.

Team Overview and Responsibilities:
Responsible for managing and optimizing collection processes, driving credit recovery strategies, and continuously improving delinquency indicators.
Responsible for developing, analyzing, and interpreting departmental performance indicators, as well as providing strategic information and support to internal stakeholders to support decision-making processes.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Manage customer collection portfolios, conducting preventive actions, active collection activities, and credit recovery strategies;
- Administer credit insurance related to collection operations, including process monitoring and claim notifications with insurance companies;
- Coordinate and oversee the BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) responsible for customer payment reconciliation activities;
- Monitor collection activities with credit bureaus and relevant authorities, including negative reporting, protest procedures, and settlement regularization processes;
- Develop, analyze, and monitor collection department performance indicators to ensure operational efficiency and achievement of strategic targets;
- Perform document analysis and manage letters of credit;
- Maintain continuous interaction with the commercial team to align demands and support business needs;
- Analyze blocked orders for manual release, ensuring compliance with internal credit policies;
- Ensure adherence to compliance policies and corporate governance standards across all activities performed;
- Knowledge of credit analysis, including evaluation of financial/accounting statements, financial indicators, and credit limit assessment.
