Manage and support regional partners, providing guidance to improve their sales performance.
Coordinate all regional orders with the customer support team to ensure timely, complete deliveries.
Generate new business opportunities through existing networks and proactive outreach, increasing domestic and international sales.
Prepare detailed sales reports, forecasts and planning documents for senior management.
Provide advisory support on non‑standard technical questions, offering effective and innovative solutions.
Support the introduction and promotion of new technologies to customers and partners.
Lead onboarding and continuous development of new sales engineers, including hands‑on and theoretical training.
Plan and deliver internal and external technical and sales training programs.
Conduct ongoing market and competitor analysis, identifying new markets and application opportunities.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Chemistry or a related field from a reputable university.
5-10 years of sales experience in industrial water treatment, utility water or wastewater treatment.
Minimum 2 years in a managerial or supervisory role is an advantage.
Proven track record of consistently achieving sales targets.
High proficiency in English with strong verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent working knowledge of MS Office and CRM systems.
Willingness and ability to travel without restrictions.
Completion of military service for male candidates.
Valid Class B driving licence.
