Warehouse Supervisor

About the role

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Warehouse Supervisor to lead day-to-day warehouse operations and ensure the efficient, safe, and accurate handling of goods. This role is suited to a hands-on leader with strong operational expertise who can drive team performance and champion continuous improvement initiatives. Supervise daily warehouse operations including receiving, picking, packing, and dispatch Lead, coach, and develop a team to achieve productivity and quality targets Ensure compliance with WHS (Work Health & Safety) policies and procedures Monitor inventory levels and conduct cycle counts to maintain stock accuracy Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics to meet operational requirements Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs Maintain a clean, organised, and safe warehouse environment Liaise with internal stakeholders to support seamless operations Service Stream is an equal opportunity ASX‑listed business that develops and operates Australia's essential service networks across telecommunications, utilities, transport, defence, and social infrastructure industries.
