Requirements
Required Skills:
Bachelor's degree or relevant education with a legal background.
Minimum of 2-4 years experience in compliance monitoring or a similar role, ideally in pharmaceuticals or biotechnology.
Understanding of U.S. stakeholder landscape and work culture.
Knowledge of Healthcare Compliance Program requirements or experience (audit, GxP).
Ability to use modern technologies for monitoring.
Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret requirements.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with compliance in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industries.
Knowledge of Healthcare Compliance Program requirements.
Experience in managing diverse compliance-related matters independently.
