About the role
As an Associate Product Data Scientist, you will play an important role in supporting product data initiatives across the organization. You will assist with projects and technology initiatives related to the creation, maintenance, and review of integrated corporate data for food ingredients and products. This role supports R&D, manufacturing plants, co‑packers, and suppliers by ensuring accurate, high‑quality product and specification data is maintained in accordance with established guidelines and procedures. You'll add value to this role by performing various functions including, but not limited to: Collecting and analyzing product data for assigned product categories Developing product specifications in collaboration with integration, commercialization, and product inquiry teams Compiling and loading product information into databases and systems of record Maintaining accurate finished‑good data in internal systems (e.g., SAP, PDM), including allergen, kosher, sensitivity, inspection, lot code, and positive release information Understanding the impact of product data changes and applying technical product knowledge to ensure downstream accuracy Providing technical support and accurate information to internal business partners Handling confidential and proprietary information in accordance with company policies to protect company assets Important Details: This is a full‑time, exempt role, based in one of our corporate offices, De Pere, WI or Oak Brook, IL The anticipated compensation for this position ranges from $52,000 to $78,000 annually. This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. An employee's position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, specific competencies, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics and business or organizational needs. For certain roles, the successful candidate may be eligible for annual discretionary merit compensation award, bonus and equity pay.
