Look at opportunities to adopt and embed LLM‑enabled front‑ends (component generation, smart forms, conversational UI, in‑app copilots)
Work with Product team to understand the requirements.
Work with QA Engineers to create and implement automated tests.
Address and improve any technical issues.
Work with Architects and Engineers in a supportive environment, where mentoring will be provided.
Mentor and grow the engineers in the team to do better development and take up more initiatives.
Maintain thorough and well-written documentation at a high project level, as well as at the coding level.
Bring in a AI-first mindset to extend AI adoption in the SDLC.
Required Skills:
7-11 years of related experience in distributed enterprise-application; preferably in a cloud-based platform.
Proficient and hands-on with Tech stack, ReactJS, Redux, Javascript, Typescript, Groovy Script and Graphql
Hands-on with UI tech stack such as CSS, SCSS, Accessibility etc.
AI enthusiast/evangelist.
Software Development & Collaboration - Design, develop, and test software applications, including cloud-based and internet-related tools (GCP, GKE).
Security & Compliance - Enforce security best practices, including secrets management, security scans, and compliance with industry standards.
Cross-Functional Collaboration - Work closely with cross-functional teams to align software development, quality, DevOps and SDLC practices.
Documentation & Knowledge Sharing - Create and maintain documentation for services, frameworks and tools. Engage with peers and stakeholders, presenting technical insights and solutions.
Active participant in hackathons/ PoCs using Generative/Agentic AI tools with quantifiable benefits.
Desirable Skills:
Experience in cloud GCP/AWS platforms
Familiar with Scrum/Agile methodologies
