Complete all paperwork required for assigned tasks ensuring proper documentation for Food Safety and follow quality standards
Ability to follow strict manufacturing practices and safety policies
Load bulk trucks: Unload and receive the ingredients; Accurately and efficiently ship products ordered by customers
Perform the tasks related to the preventive and sanitary maintenance of the plant and ensure that the quality control requirements of the ingredients are met at all times
Operate the production line
Endeavors to be productive at all times; Other duties as required.
Who we're looking for
Experience working in a Feed Mill or manufacturing environment preferred
Ability and availability to work rotational shifts and overtime as required
Positive work attitude, strong work ethic, and attention to detail. Willingness to learn
Ability to work with a team but also self-motivated to be able to work independently with minimal supervision
You'll also need
Regular, Full time, Shift-work.
Must be able to lift 25kg; and ability to regularly bend and twist.
Occasional requirement to work at heights
Must possess a valid class 5 license
Forklift driving experience (an asset).
