As a Hardware Project Manager you will be responsible for: The Role/Attributes : Work with customers, contractors and internal teams to plan and coordinate site readiness for delivery, implementation, and integration of capitalized equipment or enterprise software systems. Works on projects of diverse scope and significant dependencies, often with complex and/or multisite and multiple products in scope. Coordinates equipment delivery and resource scheduling Monitors and reports on progress and milestones regularly to all stakeholders. Routinely works with high-visibility customers and projects Manage multiple projects concurrently Routinely Participates in on-site visits and/or conference calls Identifies and mitigates project risks. Provides agendas, minutes, and reports indicating installation activities including tight control of timelines and installation forecast What Is Needed to Succeed : 5 years of project management or equivalent professional experience in construction project management Must have general knowledge and familiarity with construction drawings and regulatory requirements Experience presenting complex ideas and schedules to external customers at all organizational levels. Excellent verbal and written communication skills Excellent conflict management skills required, able to manage escalations Structured working methodology Strong customer service acumen Willing to travel ~50%-75% to visit customers, training or in-person meetings Willing to learn and grow with passion, energy, and drive that can bring creative ideas, critical thinking, and a strong appetite for project execution Capable of managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment Detail oriented with a proactive approach to problem solving What will set you apart: Knowledge of the installation and deployment of equipment in a healthcare environment. The base pay for this position is: $89,220 - $122,672 Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate. If this is a commission eligible position the commission eligibility will be in accordance with the terms of the Company's plan. Commissions are based on individual performance and/or company performance.
