Required
Bachelor's or Master's degree completed before September 2026 in Real Estate or a related field such as Real Estate Finance, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Engineering, or Supply Chain Management.
Up to 3 years of professional work experience.
Fluent English language skills (written and spoken).
Professional proficiency in French (written and spoken).

The Prologis Europe Graduate Program is a structured 24-month rotational development program designed for high-potential early-career professionals with up to three years of work experience.
This position offers a unique opportunity to gain broad exposure to the logistics real estate industry through a combination of local market experience and international business exposure. The successful candidate will spend 18 months in Paris, France , followed by 6 months in Amsterdam, Netherlands , working alongside experienced professionals across multiple functions within the Prologis organization.
