Meet the team: The Billing Team plays a critical role in ensuring accurate, compliant, and efficient billing operations across Germany and the wider EMEA region. Operating in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, the team collaborates closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to deliver high-quality service and continuously improve processes. The Supervisor Billing Team role is a key position within the organization, taking ownership of operational performance, driving process excellence, and enabling scalable growth through strong leadership and structured execution. Where you come in: You lead, develop, and manage the Billing Team, including performance management, coaching, and talent development You take ownership of team performance, ensuring delivery against operational targets and service expectations You play a key role in stabilising and further developing existing and newly implemented finance processes, including the definition and monitoring of operational KPIs You monitor, analyse, and report on billing operations to ensure effectiveness, accuracy, and compliance You drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance billing processes, efficiency, and overall quality You act as a key point of contact for Billing topics, driving alignment and decision-making across internal and external stakeholders in EMEA You build and maintain strong cross-functional partnerships to support business objectives and operational excellence You ensure adherence to corporate policies, procedures, and compliance requirements What makes you successful: You have hands-on experience working with Salesforce. You demonstrate strong PC skills, including advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel. You communicate effectively, with excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills. You have proven experience leading and motivating teams in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. You show strong leadership and decision-making capabilities, with a high level of ownership and accountability. You bring experience from insurance, third-party payor, and/or medical device reimbursement environments. You have prior experience in finance operations, billing, or a similar supervisory or team lead role. You are able to adapt and perform effectively in a growing, fast-paced organisation. You demonstrate a high level of self-discipline, including experience maintaining accurate documentation and following defined procedures. You have a demonstrated track record of driving and delivering process improvements.
