What the Role Entails 专注于 World Model（世界模型）及 Video Diffusion Model（视频扩散模型）的前沿算法研究与开发，探索视频生成、 视频交互 等关键问题。 作为 生成式人工智能 研究工作者（实习生），你将参与一项或多项任务： 协助 大规模视频/图像数据的清洗、过滤、标注及预处理流程，构建高质量的训练数据集。 协助搭建高效的 扩散 模型训练框架，优化训练流程，负责模型训练任务的管理、监控与调优。 深度参与项目技术讨论，主动提出创新性想法或改进方案，并积极推动研究成果在 游戏视频生成、 虚拟世界构建 场景中的实际落地与转化。 与资深研究员紧密合作，共同探索数字内容生成与交互式智能体领域的前沿方向。 Who We Look For 就读于计算机视觉、计算机图形学或相关专业的博士或硕士研究生 , 熟悉常见的生成模型。 扎实的深度学习基础，具备 图片 或视频数据处理的基本经验 ， 能够独立处理复杂的数据清洗与流水线搭建任务。 对生成式 AI 在互动娱乐和虚拟世界构建中的应用有浓厚兴趣。 具备良好的沟通与协作能力。 优先条件: 熟悉常见的 视频 生成模型 ，并有 模型训练或微调经验 者优先 。 有 在 CVPR, ICCV, ECCV, ICLR, ICML, NeurIPS 等顶级会议或期刊发表过相关论文 的经验者优先。 Equal Employment Opportunity at Tencent As an equal opportunity employer, we firmly believe that diverse voices fuel our innovation and allow us to better serve our users and the community.
