Requirements

• At least 15 years of leadership experience running multi-site, consumer-facing operations with ideally genuine P&L ownership. You are entrepreneurial, empathetic, and analytically sharp, comfortable writing business papers and presenting to senior stakeholders.
• Sector background is open - retail, F&B, healthcare, private education, dental, eldercare, wellness, and beyond. What matters is commercial instinct, operational credibility, and the ability to lead smart, professional teams while balancing growth with quality.
