Responsibilities

Job Summary Rivia Mind is expanding our distinguished Psychiatry team (8+) and is seeking a Board-Eligible or Board-Certified Psychiatrist who values clinical excellence and comprehensive patient care. As a physician-founded practice, we understand the importance of creating an environment where psychiatrists can practice meaningfully, supported by a robust operational infrastructure. Joining our practice as a Staff Psychiatrist offers the opportunity to work in a collaborative, growth-oriented community with the potential to advance into Supervisory and Leadership roles. You'll work within our multi-disciplinary team of 160+ mental health professionals while maintaining the decision-making authority essential to psychiatric practice. Balance of clinical autonomy and collaborative support Implement both evidence-based psychopharmacology and psychotherapeutic approaches, tailored to each patient Minimized administrative burden, maximized quality patient interaction time, and enhanced professional growth Grow into supervisory or leadership roles, contribute to clinical training initiatives, and participate in quality improvement projects Join a forward-thinking practice where psychiatrists are empowered to deliver care that truly reflects the complex interplay of biological, psychological, and social factors that shape mental health outcomes.
