Requirements
8-12+ years of experience in business operations, strategy, consulting, or commercial operations
Proven track record leading complex, cross-functional projects
Strong problem-solving skills with a bias toward execution
Demonstrated ability to identify and implement process improvements or new ways of working
Exposure to digital transformation, automation, or AI-driven initiatives within a commercial or operational context
Ability to influence senior leaders and navigate matrixed organizations
Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complex topics
High level of ownership, accountability, and attention to detail

The base pay range for this position is:
$141,340 - $194,337

This role sits at the center of the North America Commercial organization, supporting Sales Strategy & Enablement. You will operate as a force multiplier across Sales Operations, Variable Compensation, Learning & Development, Sales Compliance, and Reporting & Analytics.
The mandate is to drive clarity, execution, and outcomes across a complex commercial ecosystem while continuously evolving how the organization operates.
