Run manual tests against financial calculations in the UI and verify that all outputs are correct.
Write detailed test cases and scenarios based on release changes and specific financial requirements.
Review generated financial reports to ensure every calculation is accurate.
Thoroughly understand the business logic of financial features before beginning the testing process.
Document bugs clearly and work closely with engineers to debug and resolve issues.
Test implementations across multiple countries and specific bank requirements.
Collaborate with product and engineering teams to understand the full scope and requirements of new features.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:
Strong math background or business and finance knowledge, including accounting, investments, or tax planning.
Ability to handle testing in multiple financial scenarios across the globe
Ability to understand complex concepts such as retirement accounts, contribution rules, and tax implications.
Experience writing clear, detailed test cases and validating data across UI elements and reports.
A problem-solving mindset with high motivation to find, report, and help resolve software bugs.
Personable and collaborative, with the ability to work effectively across product, engineering, and diverse teams.
Education & Experience:
Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Finance, Accounting, Mathematics, or a related field. (Required)
3-5 years of professional experience in financial services, accounting, or tax planning, with a proven track record of performing or auditing complex calculations. (Preferred)
3-5 years of experience in a QA environment or a technical role where you were responsible for validating numerical outputs and software accuracy. (Preferred)
Compensation: The Base Salary range for this position is between $75,000-$85,000.
Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the US to be considered. We are unable to provide visa sponsorship for this position.
