Join us as a Benefits Administrator, Leaves of Absence Brown Brothers Harriman is currently recruiting for a Benefits Administrator to join our dynamic HR team, focusing primarily on leave administration. They will handle the day-to-day delivery of our existing leave of absence program and provide analytical and technical support. Responsibilities may also include administrative and operational support of our retirement program. This position interfaces with employees and managers at all levels of the organization to provide excellent customer service and effective and efficient problem resolution. Areas of Responsibility: Leave of Absence Oversight for US leave administration (i.e., sick leave, FMLA, Worker's Comp, State Leave Coordination (NY, NJ, MA Paid Family/Medical Leave, etc.) for approximately 300 unique leaves per year. Key contact for employees/managers and liaison between third party administrator - with overall responsibility for ensuring that the employee goes out on leave and is returned from leave in an effective manner. Ensures payroll changes are processed accurately. Retirement Support day-to-day administration, operational evolution, and compliance filings/audits for BBH's 401(k) and pension plans.
