Front Desk Staff (part-time)

About the role

HealthFitness is seeking a friendly and customer-focused Front Desk Attendant to join our team at a premier client site in Downers Grove, Illinois. This is a regular part-time position with a consistent, long-term schedule , not a seasonal or summer-only role. As the face of the facility, you'll create a welcoming first impression by greeting and checking in members, answering questions, and connecting them with programs and services that support their wellness journey. Schedule: Saturday: 1pm-7:30pm, Sunday: 12pm-7pm Greet, check-in and assist customers. Provides program information, services, membership and ensures the highest possible level of customer service and participant satisfaction. Other duties as-needed or assigned. Minimum Requirements Must be 18 years of age or older. Previous customer service experience a plus. Adult CPR/AED and First Aid certifications from American Heart Association, American Red Cross or American Safety & Health Institute required within 30 days of hire. Ability to navigate electronic onboarding and timecard systems required. Flu vaccination required. Compensation: $15.00-$17.00 per hour. Pay is dependent on experience and qualifications. The final wage offer will be determined based on factors such as location, qualifications, experience, skill set, and other relevant factors.
