Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Demonstrated experience in metal fabrication, particularly miscellaneous metals and railing systems.
• Proficiency in FCAW welding; certifications are a plus.
• Strong ability to read and interpret shop drawings and blueprints.
• High attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.
• Effective time management and ability to multitask.
• Physically capable of lifting materials up to 50 pounds and working in an industrial environment.
• Team-focused attitude with the ability to handle a fast-paced, production-driven workload.
• Willingness to move between multiple jobs to meet tight or changing schedules.

Occasional Saturday overtime may be required Position Overview We are seeking a skilled Metal Fabrication Specialist to support the production of custom steel assemblies in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This position focuses on the fabrication, assembly, and finishing of architectural and miscellaneous metal products, including stair systems, guardrails, ladders, and related components.
