The main objective of this role is to drive sales growth and profitability in the Madrid region by managing and developing the portfolio of distributors and installers, providing technical-commercial advice on plumbing and HVAC solutions, ensuring full follow-up of opportunities and orders, and coordinating with the specification and marketing teams to generate new opportunities and guarantee customer satisfaction across the entire value chain. 🎯 Responsibilities Manage the customer portfolio (distributors and installation companies). Review, assess, and follow up on technical and commercial proposals related to plumbing and HVAC building projects submitted to installation companies. Support distributors in daily sales activities and marketing campaigns. Advise customers through technical proposals, actively supporting them through to closing in coordination with the specification department. Monitor customer orders to ensure satisfaction throughout the entire value chain. Prospect the installer market to expand the customer portfolio. 🎯 Requirements Technical background. More than 5 years of experience as a Sales Representative in plumbing/heating/HVAC/ventilation/building materials/drainage systems through distribution channels. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM sales reporting tools (Salesforce, Dynamics, etc.). Empathetic, proactive, dynamic, solution-oriented, and strong communication skills.
