POSITION SUMMARY
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
Define and execute an enterprise-wide strategy that aligns QSight's Vision, Resilience, and Community platforms to measurable business outcomes.
Own the architecture, design, and quality of the OM Innovations platform (Vision, Community, and Resilience), ensuring scalable, reliable, and high-performing software solutions.
Lead end-to-end execution of product roadmaps and releases, driving cross-functional delivery and ensuring timely delivery of features and enhancements across multiple agile teams.
Serve as a technical player-coach, leading by example through hands-on involvement in architecture, design, and code reviews while setting high engineering standards.
Directly manage and coach engineering and product teams, fostering a high-performance culture through mentorship, career development, and strong accountability.
Oversee teams operating across a diverse technology stack (Python, .NET, ASP.NET, React, MVC, and microfrontends ) to deliver integrated, cohesive platform capabilities.
Partner with Product Management and business stakeholders to translate strategic priorities into execution-ready plans, ensuring alignment between product vision, engineering delivery, and customer value.
Maintain accountability for platform stability and operational excellence, including production support, site reliability, and incident response.
Champion best practices in DevOps, CI/CD, and quality engineering to continuously improve system availability, security, and performance.
