Koenigsegg is looking for a Workshop Manager! We are now looking for a Workshop Manager to lead and develop our Legends workshop. In this role, you will be responsible for the overall workshop operations, including the workshop team, facilities, tools, equipment, planning, and customer vehicles. You will play a key part in ensuring efficient operations, a safe working environment, and the continued development of our workshop team. In addition, you will be an important part of Koenigsegg's Bespoke Program, working closely with customers on tailored vehicle projects, supporting customer visits, and managing quotations and sales orders. As part of the Legends Management Team, you will contribute to the continuous development and improvement of our operations. This is a key role combining workshop leadership, customer interaction, and operational responsibility within our Legends Division. As Workshop Manager, you will: Lead, manage, and organize the daily workshop operations Plan and coordinate workshop activities and customer vehicles Be responsible for the workshop team, facilities, tools, equipment, and daily operations. Drive competence development and workforce planning Ensure compliance with safety regulations, work environment standards, and workshop routines Drive and maintain 5S standards within the workshop environment Monitor and report workshop performance, efficiency, and KPIs Manage budgets, planning, and operational reporting Be responsible for workshop equipment, tools, and facilities Support driver training activities and oversee driving-related training programs Maintain a strong understanding of the Koenigsegg vehicle portfolio and aftermarket operations
