Bar Attendant - Part Time

About the role

You are an experienced bartender, who loves creating funky beverages, shaking cocktails and spirits and thrives in a vibrant, fast-paced venue. You will have made a few martinis and interesting mixed drinks in your time, perhaps you even have a few of your own creations up your sleeve? You will be a person who lives and breathes the hospitality industry and is well versed in the bar, while schmoozing the guests and generally being an all-round awesome person and a team player! Miss Mi Bar and Restaurant is all about serving great food and beverages in a fun environment with, humour and expertise - in one of the city's best locations.

Requirements

• Experience as a Bar Attendant in a vibrant, fast-paced, high-volume venue.
• Knowledge of cocktails, cocktail making and beverage production, spirits, wine and beer and know what is on-trend.
• Creative flair.
• Experience in exceeding guest expectations and a passion for delivering outstanding service.
• Adaptable and able to multi-task.
• Time management skills.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Strong work ethic and a "can do" attitude.
• Able and willing to work a rotating 7-day roster, including late nights, weekends, and public holidays.
• Must have RSA certificate.
