Collaborate with Technology Services to manage applications, troubleshoot reports, and ensure the integrity of databases and financial systems.Lead financial system projects focused on accounting transactions, researching and resolving issues, testing reports for efficiency, streamlining processes, and performing complex financial calculations for management review.Ensure compliance with financial regulations, reporting requirements, and fiscal accountability, adhering to Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).Oversee the configuration and customization of financial systems, including application modules, report queries, data integrity, troubleshooting, and implementing solutions. Administer security authorizations and train staff on system updates and report processes.Oversee the annual audit process for complex financial records, including grants, ensuring accuracy in financial statements, identifying discrepancies, recommending corrective actions, and coordinating external auditors throughout the audit.Oversee departmental transactions to ensure compliance with Fiscal Accountability Rules, implement internalDental insuranceVision insurancePaid time offEquity / stock options
