Demonstrate general knowledge and technical skills required to perform cardiac echo examinations as an entry-level cardiac sonographer.
Demonstrate sufficient knowledge of cardiac sonography to pursue registry status through The American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonographers upon completion of the program.
Understand the importance of lifelong continuing education in Cardiac Sonography.

POSITION SUMMARY:
Under supervision, intern-level employee assists the Cardiac ECHO technician team with day-to-day operational duties and responsibilities, including performing testing, restocking supplies, cleaning, disinfecting, and maintaining lab equipment. Provides administrative support, including review of patient medical history, documentation of previous test results, and providing essential overview to technicians.
