Behaviour Support Practitioner (Proficient)

Responsibilities

• You will drive person-centred outcomes by developing evidence-based support plans and implementing positive behaviour frameworks.
• Your role is vital in eliminating restrictive practices and building the capacity of families and carers to ensure participants reach their full potential.
• To be considered suitable you will have:
• Current suitability - confirmed by the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission - at the Proficient level
• Excellent time management and organisational skills to manage a varied caseload close to your home suburb
• Open to supporting newer BSP clinicians
• To be successful in this role, you will be solution focused & highly organised, with a pro-active approach to best support our participants.
