About the role

The Enterprise People Technology team at Walmart Global Tech is responsible for the deployment and adoption of people technology solutions across the enterprise. Our work touches every associate and manager, enabling them to focus on what matters most: serving our customers and members. As a Technical Program Manager, you'll drive the successful delivery of complex, cross-functional programs by coordinating with Workday functional consultants and Software engineers. You will oversee the planning, execution, and implementation of scalable, robust solutions on the Workday and OpenStack platforms. Your role will be to bridge the gap between business needs and technical execution, ensuring the adoption, optimization, and modernization of Walmart's People Technology ecosystem.
