We are looking for a builder with a true hunter mentality. This is a ground-floor opportunity to own the Boston market, navigate a complex healthcare landscape, and install our care model as the gold standard for families in need.
We don't care if your background is in medical sales, high-volume BDR work, or if you're a former clinician looking to transition into a high-stakes business role. What we do care about is grit, self-discipline, and the ability to simplify complexity. If you are a relentless problem-solver who isn't afraid to knock on doors and build a territory from scratch, we want to talk to you.

Operational Rigor : You understand that "if it isn't in the CRM, it didn't happen." You have a disciplined daily cadence and a high degree of self-accountability.
Resilience : You are energized by the word "No." You understand that building a new market requires high activity and persistent follow-up.
