Leading campaign-level visual direction across channels. Maintaining brand consistency across all touchpoints. Designing for multiple formats including static, animated, and interactive. Building scalable visual frameworks for asset production (e.g. modular kits, campaign ecosystems). Addressing complex design challenges with strategic solutions. Effectiveness of collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Requirements

• 4 to 6 years of proven experience in UX/UI design, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful projects. 3+ years of B2C experience.
• Previous experience leading design projects and mentoring junior designers.
• Proficient in design tools: Figma, Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop. UI motion design is a plus.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
