Strategic KPI reporting and performance tracking
Develop and maintain dashboards and KPI reporting for the DDA function.
Provide analytical insights and performance reporting to DDA leadership and governance forums.
Consolidate digital performance reporting across OMAR markets.
Demand management and coordination
Act as the demand management interface between OMAR countries and Group digital and data teams.
Coordinate country platform requirements and prioritisation into Group roadmaps.
Facilitate structured intake, tracking, and governance of DDA demand from countries.
Ensure transparency of demand pipelines, delivery timelines, dependencies, and trade-offs.
Standards, governance, and assurance support
Support oversight of adherence to Group digital, data, and technology standards across OMAR markets.
Monitor compliance with digital architecture, platform, and data governance guidelines.
Identify gaps and recommend actions to strengthen consistency and best practice adoption.
Support governance forums related to digital implementation and transformation.
Stakeholder engagement and communication
Collaborate with country DDA teams, business leaders, and Group digital teams to ensure effective coordination.
Facilitate communication and alignment between regional and Group stakeholders.
Support the Head of DDA with briefings, decision packs, and reporting.
