Own and oversee statutory financial statements, including coordination of statutory audits
Ensure compliance with local statutory, regulatory, and filing requirements across supported entities
Act as primary escalation point for statutory judgments, issues, and audit findings
Ensure strong linkage between statutory accounts and FPCRA actuals reporting
Partner closely with Global Stat and Tax team, Statutory Compliance Team and Service Provider
Tax Compliance & Reporting
Support delivery of corporate income tax, indirect tax, and other statutory tax filings
Coordinate outsourced tax compliance and reporting providers (e.g. EY)
Ensure accurate tax accounting, tax journals, and balance sheet reconciliation discipline
Support tax audits and interactions with tax authorities
Transfer Pricing:
Support operational and annual transfer pricing processes, ensuring arm's length compliance
Coordinate preparation and review of transfer pricing documentation (TP Doc) in line with global standards
Partner with Global Tax and FPCRA teams to ensure profitability alignment and avoid TP adjustments
Support business changes, restructurings, and new models from a TP perspective
Treasury & Financial Risk:
Coordinate treasury related activities, including cash reporting, intercompany funding, FX, and banking compliance
Partner with Group Treasury on policy adherence and risk management requirements
Support treasury reporting, controls, and audit readiness
Governance, Controls & Risk Management:
Maintain robust tax and statutory governance frameworks, controls, and documentation
Identify and escalate tax, statutory, and treasury risks within FPCRA forums
Support management monitoring, SOX / Non SOX controls, and risk assessments
Standardization & FPCRA Enablement:
Drive standardization and simplification of tax, statutory, and TP processes across markets
Act as FPCRA subject matter expert for tax and statutory matters
Support FPCRA transformation initiatives, automation, and process optimization

Ideally, we are looking for a Finance professional with the below:
University educated (Degree) in Finance, Accountancy, Business, Economics, IT
Professional Accountancy Qualifications (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) is an added advantage
4 years of Stat & Tax experience
SAP experience is must
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated and displays initiative in solving problems
Experience in working in shared service center in financial accounting or auditing
Actively seeks to improve processes making them more effective and efficient
Must be fluent in English - both written and spoken
Attention to detail, good analytical and problem-solving capabilities
Ability to plan and manage workload to ensure all key deadlines is met.

As the Senior Finance Analyst for Stats, Tax, Transfer Pricing and Treasury you are responsible for the end-to-end tax reporting, statutory reporting, transfer pricing, and treasury related activities.
The role ensures accurate, timely, and compliant delivery of statutory accounts, tax filings, transfer pricing documentation, and treasury obligations, while enabling markets and FPCRA teams to operate with a strong governance and risk aware mindset.
Operating as a Centre of Excellence within FPCRA, the role provides standardization, technical oversight, and scaled enablement, while markets retain accountability for business decisions and entity level performance.
