Responsibilities

  • Own day-to-day recruiting systems operations with a focus of owning scheduling with GoodTime, ensuring everything runs smoothly for recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates
  • Act as a first line of support for troubleshooting issues in GoodTime, Greenhouse, and integrations - digging into bugs, triaging problems, and partnering with vendors or IT when needed
  • Manage and optimize GoodTime scheduling workflows, partnering closely with our recruiters to ensure interviews are set up accurately, efficiently, and with a great candidate experience
  • Partner with the Recruiting Operations Manager (hi!) and broader People team to evaluate, roll out, and document new tools, features, and process changes
  • Create and maintain clear documentation, guides, and training so recruiters and hiring managers know exactly how to use our tools and follow our workflows
  • Collaborate with recruiters and sourcers to streamline workflows, reduce manual work, and ensure our tech stack is set up to support scalable, high-quality hiring
  • Champion an excellent candidate and stakeholder experience by proactively identifying friction in our processes and suggesting practical, tech-enabled solutions

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in Recruiting Operations, HR Operations, or Talent Coordination, ideally in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
  • Hands-on experience with Greenhouse and GoodTime
  • Proven ability to troubleshoot system issues, dig into the "why" behind bugs or errors, and partner with vendors/IT to drive them to resolution
  • Strong systems thinking and comfort working with workflows, automations, permissions, and integrations
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to support recruiters, hiring managers, and cross-functional partners with empathy and clarity
  • Demonstrated ownership mindset - you follow through, get curious when something is broken, and enjoy making systems and processes better over time
  • Familiarity with global teams, multiple time zones, or distributed work environments is a plus
  • Oura takes a market-based approach to pay. Successful candidates' pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, internal peer equity, and market conditions. This fix-term includes PTO/WTO and health benefits
