- Performance & Optimization: Analyze content performance metrics and use data to optimize content strategies and prioritize the highest-impact content.
- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of content creators and agency partners, fostering a collaborative and high-impact creative culture.

Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in cybersecurity content marketing, with strong experience in writing and copy-editing.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
- Track record of building content programs that demonstrably contributed to pipeline and revenue.
- Strong storytelling skills and the ability to translate complex technical concepts into engaging content.
- Knowledge of SEO/AEO best practices and content optimization techniques. AirOps experience is a plus.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to measure and analyze content performance.
- In-depth experience with website content and ability to stage and review web content on Wordpress.
- Experience managing internal content contributors as well as third-party vendors and freelancers to meet content objectives.
- Adaptable and proactive mindset with a passion for staying updated on industry trends.
- Base Salary Range: $108,000 - $140,000
- The salary range reflects the expected base compensation for a fully qualified candidate at this level based on experience, qualifications, and market data at the time of posting.
