Think of yourself as someone who will lead the operations of TaskUs' properties and be our subject matter expert who provides guidance to the Facilities team as they strive to provide a world class environment that will allow our teammates to be their best at work. You are expected to provide thoughtful leadership guided by the TaskUs Core Values in running the site. The TaskUs brand shall be evident through the quality of service your team provides to anyone who walks into our locations - from maintaining cleanliness, ensuring everyone is safe, giving quality meals, and keeping the whole site in good working condition. Do you have what it takes to become a Facilities Manager? As a Facilities Manager, you will: You must have the capability to inspire the people reporting directly to you. Must have the experience of leading a team for a minimum of 3 years with at least a minimum of 4 direct reports. You, as their lead, is expected to be their coach so that they understand and perform the world class standard of service that TaskUs aims to achieve, and are culturally aligned and will live the core values at all times. The team you lead is responsible to care for the people onsite. You are expected to audit the site on a regular basis while engaging with teammates in order to understand their needs and make sure these are attended to. You are also expected to build a close relationship with your site leadership, in order to understand and address any high level issues or concerns and ensure that site operations run smoothly. Must be willing to take ownership of end to end transactions of the housekeeping, safety and security, maintenance, food services, business continuity, and general site management. Must have a high level of accountability that he/she must share with the rest of the team and direct reports. People Engagement Able to work with a diverse group of people of different cultures and nationality. Solicit constant feedback on the site and working conditions from the employees by implementing regular walkthroughs, focus group discussions, surveys, and attending site leadership forums, and provide timely resolution to concerns. Formulate programs that will increase employee's work efficiency and job satisfaction. Customer oriented person but can call out anybody if needed. Anticipate internal and external scenarios that can affect the company in terms of deadlines and impact to business. Ready for Plan A, B and C when necessary.
