Prepare and process invoices, bills, and other financial documents
Record and reconcile financial transactions, including accounts payable and accounts receivable
Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes
Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports
Perform administrative tasks, such as filing and data entry
Respond to customer inquiries and resolve billing discrepancies
Assist in maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent
5+ years of experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Familiarity with accounting software

The Accounting Clerk performs accounting activities such as maintenance of the general ledger, preparation of various accounting statements and financial reports. Reviews, codes and verifies transactions and journal entries. Reconciles accounts and bank statements. Additionally, the Accounting Clerk may also process accounts payable and receivable transactions.
