We are hiring a Regulatory Administrative position to support Regulatory team in Balkans to process changes of Legal Entities for Corteva, registration activities, CLP and Agriguide implementation in Balkans Purpose: The role of the Administrative Assistant is to provide support to the Regulatory team in Balkans, including: Legal Entity Readiness for Corteva, to support the Regulatory team in Balkans with internal databases and compiling information related to regulatory processes, including: Notification to local authorities of registration holder address changes, update of company details in official databases and registers Register products in the appropriate legal entity as required by Authorities Uploading regulatory records into an internal database (Netdocuments) Label and Safety Data Sheet administrative updates Update of internal Regulatory and Stewardship data bases CLP and Agriguide implementation in Balkans: support the rollout and integration of CLP and Agriguide in Balkans, ensuring alignment with local requirements Support for the registration work in Balkans: this includes support for preparation and delivery of all necessary documentation for registration and re-registration processes, according to local requirements. Provides regulatory support to maintain Corteva portfolio and to ensure compliance with regional and national regulations. Be responsible of administrative tasks. undefined Interaction with: Primarily Country Regulatory Managers, Operations Associate, Legal Entity team and Regulatory and Stewardship team members. Education: Degree in Business Administration and Management or Degree in Agriculture, Plant Protection, or other related Life Sciences discipline Qualifications and Skills Fluent in Serbian and English, other language from the countries in scope of the role is a plus Good organizational and computer skills Good communication skills; team player with customer focus; able to work in a multicultural environment Effective team player at both national and transnational level; The candidate must be an empathetic listener with strong customer focus, Self-driven, proactive, and solution oriented Attention to detail and accuracy. Positive attitude and quick learner The successful candidate will be required to use Excel, Word, and several regulatory systems to gather, analyze, and update data.
