About the role
Support the Regional Quality Assurance and Compliance Monitoring Lead in implementing and maintaining a global, centralized Safety, Quality Assurance, and Compliance Monitoring framework in Burgess Hill. Act as Postholder or Deputy Postholder, where applicable, and ensure continuous improvement of Quality Assurance and Compliance Management Systems across simulator and flight training centers (ATO and FTO). Mentor and support local leadership to promote quality assurance, continuous improvement, and adherence to corporate and regulatory standards. Participate in working groups, conferences, and safety promotion activities to support system harmonization and best practices. Collaborate with regional and center-level Quality Assurance and Compliance Monitoring leaders to align policies and practices while maintaining compliance with applicable National Aviation Authority (NAA) regulations. Participate in and adhere to the Global Training Plan for Quality Assurance and Compliance Monitoring personnel. Support monthly Safety, Quality, and Compliance Review Boards by monitoring performance, identifying non-compliances, conducting root cause analyses, and recommending corrective and preventive actions. Contribute to strategic planning by supporting the development of annual Quality Assurance and Compliance Monitoring KPIs. Coordinate and maintain centralized Quality Assurance and Compliance Monitoring records and documentation as part of the Integrated Safety, Quality Assurance, and Compliance Monitoring system. Perform additional duties as assigned by Regional Leadership or the Director of Global Safety, Quality Assurance and Compliance Monitoring - Civil Division.
