Requirements

• Strong knowledge of the Simcoe County real estate market, including rural and recreational properties
• Current member of TRREB
• Proven ability to generate and close business
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Tech-comfortable and proficient with MLS and CRM systems
• Self-motivated, organized, and professional
• Valid Ontario driver's license and access to a vehicle
