Qualification for GS-06: I have at least 1 year of specialized experience equivalent to at least the GS-5 grade level in the Federal service. Examples of specialized experience include providing program and administrative support; operate office automation equipment in the preparation of a variety of reports, letters, memorandums, and transmittals; receive visitors and phones calls (screening/referring); make travel arrangements; purchase supplies and other materials; processed time and attendance records; prepare and process travel authorizations and vouchers, financial obligation documents, requisitions and status reports. Qualification for GS-07: I have at least 1 year of specialized experience at the GS-06 grade level in the Federal service.
