10+ years of experience in a production leadership role.
5+ years of experience managing external development pipelines, outsourcing partnerships, or co-development initiatives within the video game industry.
Strong understanding of all aspects of game development, including production planning, art pipelines, programming constraints, QA, audio, localization, and live operations.
Proven experience using Agile production and project management tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Monday, or similar platforms.
Solid artistic or technical expertise relevant to asset review and validation, with the ability to assess quality, consistency, and implementation requirements.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build strong relationships across multidisciplinary and international teams.

As an External Partner Producer, you will oversee the end-to-end outsourcing pipeline and act as a key bridge between internal development teams and external partners, including outsourcers, licensors, and vendors. You will ensure the delivery of high-quality assets that meet the project's artistic, technical, and production standards while fostering strong, trust-based relationships with geographically and culturally diverse collaborators. Combining production expertise with strong communication and organizational skills, you will help drive alignment, quality, and efficiency across all external development initiatives.
In this role you will:
Onboard and support external partners throughout production, ensuring clear integration into the development pipeline, workflows, tools, and expectations.
Act as the primary communication liaison between internal teams and external collaborators, translating project needs into clear, actionable guidance and feedback.
Define asset briefs, production requirements, and quality expectations in collaboration with art, technical, and production leadership.
Review outsourced deliverables to ensure alignment with the project's artistic vision, technical specifications, quality standards, and in-engine performance requirements.
Identify production risks, bottlenecks, and dependencies, communicate them proactively, and support mitigation strategies to maintain delivery goals.
Lead and support a team dedicated to the review and validation of externally produced assets, fostering collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
