That's Who We Are: Come and OWN IT Internship Description This internship is a full-time, unpaid opportunity in our Prague Capability Hub , with a chance for you to discover what it's like to work in one of the top 5 FMCG companies in the world. You will work on real business projects and will be in frequent contact with your line manager to align on your next steps and responsibilities . As an intern, you'll get the chance to experience the "real life" business whilst developing your skills - learning through experiencing different areas of the business and building your own reputation. With the right focus and attitude, the internship can lead to a long-lasting career with AB InBev. You will work in our Supply Chain Planning or International Logistics department and will be in frequent contact with your line manager to align on your next steps and responsibilities. What will you do during the internship? As a part of the department, you will be working with our local supply and sales teams to help steer the operations across our supply chain. You will be responsible for assisting in the planning, organizing, and monitoring of the company's logistics activities, ensuring that our delicious beers are transported efficiently and cost-effectively, and that customer satisfaction is maintained. We are looking for motivated interns to join one of our fast-paced and dynamic teams supporting different scopes all over Europe or the world, including: Inventory Deployment Transport Planning Order Management Documentation Material Planning Vendor-managed Inventory (VMI) Business Intelligence Based on the availability at the point of application and your personal ambitions, we will further guide you towards a position in one of the above-mentioned teams. Internship Duration The duration of the internship can range from 3 to 6 months or more, depending on your availability. Learning Opportunities 70% of your learning will come from on-the-job learning. As an intern , you'll get the chance to experience the real -life business whilst developing your skills - learning through experiencing different areas and building your own reputation. 20% of your learning will come from mentorship progra m s, coaching, collaboration with key stakeholders & plenty of opportunities for feedback. 10% of your learning will come from formal trainings , including workshops & online training courses. Internship Requirements We are looking for a candidate who: Is currently in the final year of a Bachelor's or Master's program, or a recent graduate . Has legal authorization to live and work in the Czech Republic during and after finishing the internship Exhibits an advanced level of proficiency in English ; knowledge of other European languages is highly advantageous.
