Support the ongoing delivery of carried interest programs, including maintaining participant information, allocations, vesting schedules, and related records
Coordinate the preparation and distribution of carried interest materials in partnership with internal stakeholders and external counsel
Support participant onboarding and offboarding activities related to carried interest programs
Assist with reporting, reconciliations, and audit support related to carried interest data and processes
Oversee the carried interest system and related data to ensure accuracy, consistency, and usability
Provide analytical and operational support across compensation processes, including offer review, market analysis, job architecture, and year‑end compensation cycles
Prepare compensation analyses and supporting materials for HR and business stakeholders
Support compensation data management, reporting, and system maintenance (e.g., Workday, Decusoft, or similar tools)
Coordinate across internal teams and external partners to ensure timely, accurate, and well‑managed execution of compensation‑related activities
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Human Resources, Accounting, or a related field
3-6+ years of carried interest experience required, including hands‑on involvement with participant data, allocations, vesting, and related processes
Experience in compensation, Total Rewards, Finance, or HR functions a plus
Experience within financial services, asset management, or alternative investments strongly preferred
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to adapt messaging to diverse audiences.
Demonstrates a results-driven approach and a proactive attitude, consistently taking initiative to support business and team objectives.
Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage complex data and documentation
Strong ethical integrity, sound judgment, and dedication to creating an inclusive and respectful workplace culture.
Advanced Excel skills and comfort working across multiple systems

Demonstrated discretion and sound judgment when handling sensitive information
Preferred Experience
Exposure to equity or long‑term incentive programs in addition to carried interest
Experience with compensation or HR systems (e.g., Workday, Decusoft, PFA or similar platforms)
Familiarity with private markets compensation structures
Salary Range: $ 145,500.00 - $ 192,000.00

PIMCO is seeking a detail‑oriented and collaborative Carried Interest & Compensation professional to support the ongoing delivery and evolution of the firm's carried interest programs, while also providing analytical and operational support across core compensation processes. This role sits within the Compensation and Carried Interest function and partners closely with Legal, Tax, Finance, Accounting, HR, and external providers.
