About the role

You will serve as Principal Technical Manager for Survivability, Structures, Materials & Environmental Department of Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC) Carderock Division. TECHNICAL QUALIFICATIONS (TQs): Your resume should demonstrate accomplishments that would satisfy the technical qualifications: TQ1: Demonstrated experience applying expert scientific and engineering principles in the fields of survivability, structures, materials, and/or environmental quality to USN/USMC platforms. Documented experience as a technical authority resolving significant engineering challenges, influencing critical technical decisions for platform design, or in resolving challenges related to the design, deployment, or sustainment of these platforms. TQ2: Demonstrated experience managing complex, multi-disciplinary engineering or technology development programs. Documented experience of your direct role in managing scope, schedule, and budget constraints; navigating high-risk technical or organizational challenges; and delivering measurable mission impacts.
